It’s the crack of dawn and chill in the early morning air seems to penetrate right into the bones. But here in Sri Viswasanthi we start our early morning fresh hours with Yoga, meditation which revitalizes the child with a lot of concentration and self confidence without any distractions.

Yoga is the science of right living and as such is intended to be incorporated in daily life. The word yoga means ‘unity’ or ‘oneness’. Yoga is a means of balancing and harmonizing the body, mind and emotions. Sage Patanjali’s treatise on Raja yoga, often called eight – fold path. It comprised of Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana and Samadhi. Regular of asanas maintains the physical body in an optimum condition and promotes health even in an unhealthy body. Physical and mental chanting and strengthening is one of the Yoga’s most important achievements. According to Medical scientists yoga therapy is successful because of the balance created in the nervous and endocrine systems which directly influences all other systems and organs of the body.
